How it works

In a nutshell

1. Vending UI

User interface

Our user interface offers various ways of product selection or selfscan functionality. The product selection grid, where you select the product by images, subsequently you have the possibility to select with position number or have the combination of both. The product selection grid can be either 2, 3 or 4 columns wide, depending on the amount of products you want to show at first glance. In our portal Vendingweb we register the latest refill times.

Productgrid | Up to 20 items immediately visible, scroll to see more items. Ordering on the screen can be set in the online portal. Product tags are shown when items are out of stock, have discount or are promotional (e.g. combi-deal)

Categories | Quickly browse the available products using categories

Product info | Add texts (ingredients, nutritional values or allergens) or photos

Pricing & promos | Manage your prices and use the promotional tools (e.g. combi deals)to boost your sales

Advanced shopping cart | Selected items end up in your shopping cart; all items are paid and dispensed at once

Flex Refill menu

New & improved refill menu. The most complete and intuitive menu we have ever build. Easy to operate, simple and fast. We also included a tutorial, so new employees are easily trained using Flex. It offers all features as described with LockBlox but also specific functions for the Flex, like:

Stock levels | Easily change stock levels per pusher or per row

Disable/enable motors | Prepare orders online or create them at the machine

Product testing | Easy to adjust pusher settings (time and voltage) and perform a test dispatch

Hide / show attributes | You are able to customize the refill menu to show or hide various attributes, like product name or photo

Unlock front-kit | Within the refill-menu you can unlock the front-kit. This action is registered in VendingWeb, so you can always see who had access to the machine at a certain time (only for FlexTop2)

LockBlox Refill menu

New & improved refill menu. The most complete and intuitive menu we have ever build. Easy to operate, simple and fast. Providing features like: open only the empty ones, or a complete column with just one push. We also included a tutorial, so new employees are easily trained using LockBlox

Stock levels | Easily change stock levels per box or per column

Shortcut to orders | Prepare orders online or create them at the machine

Test Dispatch | Open the door without changing the box status to filled

Hide / show attributes | Customize the refill menu to show or hide various attributes, like product name or photo

Tutorial | how to create a click & collect order, or how to adjust the stock levels

2. VendingWeb

Check the machine status on your Laptop, Smartphone or Tablet

Online Portal

All Zuply solutions can be monitored and managed via the online portal VendingWeb. This allows you to monitor all transactions (incoming and outgoing) and events, as well as change products. You can even dispense products remotely; handy and fast where prior approval for a product is required.

The dashboard gives you a direct insight into the status of your machines, verification and payment systems. ZuplyWeb is accessible from virtually every browser and is also available in a mobile version.

The Zuply Linx iQ Smart® is an innovative self-service storage cabinet. Each shelf is equipped with mulitple loadcells. solution that can be widely used within your organization and not only for Fresh products.

The Zuply software offers specific features for unmanned solutions in other branches as well.

LockBlox – Smart

Smart is the ambient version of the LockBlox, which is ideal for selling i.e. root vegetables, cabbage, eggs or other food and non-food related products. With our clever software you can turn the LockBlox Smart into a pick-up and delivery location or Click & Collect.

We offer 4 different modules to choose from: W4, W6, W8, W12. Of course these can all be combined to create your perfect LockBlox solution

Flex Top2

The Zuply Flex is equipped with a smart pusher system, which allows the dispensing of almost any type of packaging. The machine has six standard product compartments and can dispense up to 60 different items.

The Zuply Flex is characterized by its ease of use for both the end user and the machine supplier. The Moove product lift brings the items to the dispatch unit. The Flex can be equipped with various verification and/or payment systems.

Elctronic lock | the front-kit is equiped with an electronic lock to control access to the machine. No more physical locks needed, just use QR-code, RFID-tage or personal PIN-code to open the machine
